Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · effective 6 October 2026 · English is the authoritative version.
Provider: CySo Solutions Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (EU) ("CySo", "we", "us"), registration no. HE487195, registered office 7 Igerias Street, Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: support@cysosolutions.com · legal matters: legal@cysosolutions.com Service: the CySo Bank Connector at bank.cysosolutions.com (the "Service"). You: the business that creates the account ("Customer", "you"). The Service is only for businesses and self-employed professionals acting in their trade; you confirm this when you sign up. Consumer-protection rules for private consumers therefore do not apply. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added, or reverse charge applies, as the law requires.
1. What the Service does
- The Service reads information from bank and payment accounts that you connect: account details, balances and transactions. It records them and makes them available to you, your accountant and the AI assistant you choose to connect.
- The Service is read-only. It can never send, move or pay money. It does not ask any bank for payment permission and it is built to refuse payment requests.
- Supported sources at launch:
- Banks through Enable Banking (e.g. Eurobank, Bank of Cyprus, Alpha Bank). This uses your own Enable Banking account; see §4.
- Viva.com, through Viva's own transaction notifications.
- Data from Viva arrives within minutes of each movement. Data from banks is collected on a schedule (about every 6 hours). The Service may miss or delay data when a bank, Enable Banking or Viva is unavailable or sends incomplete data. Balances shown for Viva are taken from Viva's notifications and are marked "not cross-checked" when they cannot be confirmed.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. Keep access to that email or Google account secure.
- You must give true company details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, your links and your keys, including by people and AI assistants you give access to. Tell us at once at support@cysosolutions.com if you think someone else has access.
- Links and keys. The Service gives you separate links and keys:
- a sign-in to the web app (for people only);
- an assistant link, which can set things up, name accounts and forget (delete) accounts — but not read transactions or balances;
- a reading key / AI connector, which can read your balances and transactions. Treat each like a password. Anyone holding the reading key can read your financial data until you revoke it in the web app (AI connector & reading keys). When you add a link to an AI assistant, the link itself is stored in that provider's systems.
3. Subscription, trial and payment
- The Service is a paid monthly subscription, sold separately from CySo Invoicing and CySo Flow. The price is the one shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- New customers get a 14-day free trial. A payment card is needed to start it; you are charged only if you don't cancel before the trial ends.
- The subscription renews every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; it stops at the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the Service. Paused accounts stop collecting new data.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it applies.
4. Your own Enable Banking account (for banks)
- To connect banks, you open your own account with Enable Banking Oy (enablebanking.com) and register an application there, following our guide. You accept Enable Banking's own terms; your relationship with them is yours. Enable Banking is not our subcontractor.
- You upload your application's private key to the Service, which stores it encrypted and uses it only to read the accounts you connect. You can delete it at any time; the Service then stops reading those banks.
- Banks give access for a limited time (up to 180 days). You renew it by logging in to your bank again when the Service asks.
5. Viva.com
To connect Viva, you enter your Viva Merchant ID and API Key on a one-time private page. They are used once, to set up Viva's notifications to the Service, and are never stored. You then add the notification address in your Viva account. You can remove it in Viva at any time.
6. AI assistants
- You may connect an AI assistant of your choice (for example Claude or ChatGPT). When you do, the assistant's provider receives the data the assistant reads, under your own agreement with that provider. That provider is chosen by you and is not our subcontractor.
- In a shared workspace (e.g. a Claude Team or ChatGPT business workspace), everyone who can use the connector there can read your bank data. Add it only where that is intended.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Check important figures against your bank statement. Don't rely on the Service or an AI assistant as your only accounting record.
- Never give an AI assistant your bank passwords, PINs, one-time codes or Viva API Key. The Service never asks for them in a chat.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- connect accounts you are not authorised to access;
- use the Service to get someone else to connect their bank to your account;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around its limits;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Your data
- The financial data is yours. You are the data controller for it; we process it for you under the Data Processing Agreement (part of these Terms). Our Privacy Notice explains the data we hold about you as a customer.
- You can see, export (CSV) and delete accounts and data at any time, and delete the whole company.
- When your subscription ends, collection stops at once. All your bank data is deleted 30 days later, and any copy in our database's recovery history expires within a further 30 days. Download anything you need before then. Billing records are kept as tax law requires; our security log (no bank values) is kept 12 months.
- Keeping your records is your responsibility. The Service is not an archive for tax or legal record-keeping.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for the Service to be available at all times, but we don't guarantee it. We may change or improve the Service. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days before; you may then cancel and get back the unused part of the month you paid for.
10. Liability
- The Service shows information supplied by banks, Enable Banking and Viva. We are not responsible for errors, delays or gaps in that information, or for decisions made using it.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and at least €50.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, tax penalties, or losses caused by your bank, Enable Banking, Viva, Stripe, your AI provider, or anyone using your links or keys — unless that use was caused by our own security failure.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the contract
You can cancel at any time (§3.3). We can end the contract with 30 days' notice (and then refund the unused part of any month you paid for), or at once if you seriously break these Terms. §8.3 (deletion) applies in every case.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes we will email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
13. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
